I don't know about the rest of you, but I bought...a lot of ramen noodles when I was stockpiling for a self-quarantine. Yes, I got staples like cans of beans and boxes of pasta, too, but my inner college student came out to play. The good news is, if you're like me, there are tons of things you can make with a basic box of 99-cent ramen. Ditch that seasoning pack (it's stuffed with sodium, anyway), and let's get creative.
