1. Oats
Even if you’re not a huge fan of oatmeal, there are many ways to enjoy oats. You can soak them to make your own oat milk, or cook them with sugar or syrup and nuts to make granola. Oats can be used to make crumbles to put over baked fruit for dessert. You can also whip up your own granola bars or energy bites. Oats also add more nutritional value and a delicious, nutty flavor to sweet breads like banana bread.
