Despite the name, these noodles aren’t swimming in alcohol.
No one knows the exact origin of the American name for these noodles comes from (it may be for the
inebriated, an American mispronunciation or so spicy it sobers you up), but this
chicken and rice noodle stir fry gets its bite from red chili peppers. If you
can’t handle the heat, leave them out and there will still be tons of other
flavors to enjoy, from ginger to garlic and basil.
