fish, high in mercury. Tinned fish is the exact opposite – packed with smokey,
salty flavors, high in Omega-3s and protein, and low in mercury, tinned fishes
like sardines, anchovies, and more are the sustainable than tuna. Make a seacuterie
board with fish, crackers, cheeses, and pickles for a healthy seafood snack.
