1. Pear and Ginger Mimosa
Did you know that pears are the national fruit of Genovia? Mia learns this after realizing there are pears everywhere, from floral arrangements to the popcorn. Enjoy a taste of Genovia with this pear mimosa, complete with a garnish of fresh thyme!
2. Cucumber Mint Cocktail
Fans of the film will remember Princess Mia's clumsy dinner with various leaders of other countries where she eats the palette cleanser given to her between courses. She is unaware that it is a frozen mint sorbet and gives herself a nasty brain freeze, only adding to her embarrassment. Enjoy a cucumber mint cocktail and a hopefully less chaotic evening!
3. The Blue Grotto
Inspired by the color of Mia's 1966 Mustang Convertible, this icy blue drink made with Empress gin and simple syrup will look elegant and taste delicious, too!
4. The Polished Princess
A drink with a name this fancy is perfect for any member of Genovian royalty! It is simple to make and the vanilla vodka gives it a sweeter flavor.
5. Color Changing Vodka Cocktail
Mia's mother, Helen, is an artist who has a large studio where the pair use balloons filled with paint and darts to create a large piece of art (and blow off some steam). The end result is bright and colorful, much like this vodka-based drink that is perfect for any artist!
6. M&M Shooters
Okay, this one may not be a cocktail but it is a great way to pay homage to the end of the first film. After missing her friend Michael's band's performance, she apologizes by sending him a pizza with the word "sorry" spelled out in M&M's as well as inviting him to the Genovian ball. While this may be an iconic scene, a pizza cocktail would not be tasty so instead, enjoy these chocolate-y M&M shooters!
