Keto Blueberry Muffins
When you're on the ketogenic diet, nothing is worse than a carb-filled food baby or the crash that comes from overdoing it on the sugar. In this recipe, erythritol sweetener is used in place of cane sugar (we love this zero-calorie 1:1 replacement) and almond flour becomes the perfect stand-in for normal flour. As long as you don't have a nut allergy (in which case, sunflower seed meal works), this is a great alternative to those bakery muffins you're always eyeing. Honestly, we've tried these, and they might be even better.
