4 Ingredients or Less: Summer Cocktails

Picture this: you’re perusing Pinterest looking for the perfect summer cocktail. You click on the recipe, and the ‘simple strawberry margarita’ has three different liquors, two different juices and blood oranges? I’m a simple gal, and I don’t want to have to shell out money and extra shopping trips for ingredients I’ll use once. So, I’ve created six delicious cocktails that are all four ingredients or less, don’t require specific measurements and are guaranteed crowd pleasers. Feel free to adjust everything to your liking, add extra sweetness or of course extra alcohol!

1. Cape Cod

You can never go wrong with a classic! This drink is perfect for any party, or a relaxing night in. This is also a super flexible cocktail that you can adjust to your liking.

What you need:

Lime hard seltzer (or lime/cran-lime seltzer plus a shot of vodka)
Cranberry juice
Lime

Combine your seltzer and cranberry juice over ice, squeeze in some lime, give it a stir and you’re ready to party!
